What are your travel charges?
Currently we charge R8 per km on a round trip. Standard charges are worked out per suburb/city. For instance, travel anywhere in Kempton Park is R230.

How is your labour time calculated?
Labour time is charged from when we arrive on site until the work is complete. Quotations are free. Collection of materials is free.

What quality of materials do you use?
Only legally acceptable, high quality materials are used. For instance, all brassware is dezinctification resistant (DZR) brass, all copper pipes are SANS 460 compliant, PVC pipe and fittings are SANS 1601 compliant, etc.

Do you follow South African plumbing law?
Yes. We make every effort to comply with South African plumbing laws such as SANS 10254-2017 (geyser installations), SANS 10252 (water supply to buildings), etc.
